  Securely pack the jewelry in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
